Approach

My therapeutic approach is an integrative and humanistic one whereby the therapeutic relationship (person-centred therapy) is central. Guided by existential philosophical values, I aim to understand the subjective world of the client and to help them become more self-aware with new understandings and options.

I believe there is no single therapy that suits every client in every different situation. People are unique and so are their circumstances. Depending on the client’s needs and preferences, I would tailor an integrative use of various therapies such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy /Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt (role-play), somatic therapy (body and mind connection) or simply general Psycho-education, into my therapy.

In summary, this is a versatile and effective approach where there is room for a wide range of personal challenges and treatments. I aim to create a warm, non-judgemental and confidential environment. This environment facilitates individuals to become the best version of themselves and realise their full potential.
